Shipyard Planning
The shipyard planning covers both planning work due to modernisation of existing production plants as well as the complete re-planning of production plants in a “green way”. We offer customised planning services from planning of individual manufacturing areas with layout of all main production equipments and cranes as shop layouts to services for approval planning and project management in the project implementation phase.
Description
Our services of plant planning mainly cover the following:
- Defnition of initial situation (among others creation / preparation of inventory planning with the customers, site assessment, definition of production program, defining working hours and shift systems).
- Development of general layout variants for the modernisation or re-planning for discussion with the customer and joint definition of preferred variants.
- Detailed planning corresponding to the planning depth defined with the customer.
- Technical specification of the required production plant and equipments, cranes, transport etc. based on capacity considerations for implementing defined production program.
- Design of organisational structure and operational structure with calculation of employee count and recommendation of a suitable organisational structure.
- Design of logistics, planning and control with recommendation of suitable software solutions.
- 3D-Simulation and animation of the entire plant or individual production processes.
